  1. PLEASE Make it possible to scan business cards with ScanBizCards (best one) straight into Nimble not through address book

    not sure what rapportive can do or v cards so many people come without v cards or gmail so we just need something quick and easy like biz card intergration

  2. If I cut/paste contact info from the web and try to save it in notes, it says NO

    If I cut/paste contact info from the web and try to save it in notes, it says NO WAY and won't allow it to save. Why is that?

  3. Get rid of the HTTP, default to www so we just add in the rest.

    See above...when I try to put in the url with just "aberleconcrete.com" your system WILL NOT accept it because the outdated HTTP is the default. Just default the WWW.and let us enter in the rest.

    Thank you for writing to us.

    We don’t plan on optimizing Nimble for printing your list of appointments, so my best recommendation is to print out the Nimble Daily email we send each morning. The Nimble Daily will have a list of all of your upcoming tasks and events for that day.

    At this time, we don’t plan on adding weekly events to the Nimble Daily, I’m sorry about that!

    Thank you for writing in and submitting this request.

    Unfortunately, our API integration with MailChimp limits us from exporting single contacts to MailChimp so we won’t be able to bring this feature to Nimble.

  6. Nimble Daily Email - when I click a contact can it use an existing Nimble Tab not load a new version

    Nimble Daily Email is great - and the 'Engagement Opportunities are really helpful.

    However when I click a contact who is now following me it triggers Nimble to load/open another instance. This is really slow and ends up with multiple tabs open.

    Is there a way to use an existing tab/instance, or only open a new one for the first contact and re-use that for subsequent ones.

  7. Option to turn off notifications

    Nimble automatically sends a meeting invitation when you create an appointment in Nimble. There should be a way to turn this off.

  8. be able to see separate deals in pipeline mode

    In Deals, when I search for a type of deal, it shows up in List View... it would be extraordinarily useful if it could show in Pipeline view.

  10. Make the Notes pop up larger (scrollable)

    The Notes pop-up is too small to read all the text in some notes. You cannot scroll in the pop up without Editing the Note. Please make the pop-up larger and allow scrolling.

    (unless you change from the pop-up to an expandable accordian type control in the Notes pane so you can click a note to expand/collapse to read it.

  11. show both company and contact related to the task/event

    Currently, when scheduling a task/event we can releate it to the contact or company. However, it would be beneficial that when we relate a task/event to a contact, that in the activity view, we see both the contact and the related company to the contact. It save me time and effort to remember and find the company the contact belongs to...I'm more likely to remember the company rthan a specific contact within a company.

    Anyway. it would make sense that when looking at the activites I see the contact and company.

  12. Sort activities in chronological order added (as opposed to most recently added first!)

    The Add activity button (from client record view) adds activities in reverse chronological order (in other words, the most recently added activities appear first on the list from the Activity tab view). Please provide an option to add activities in standard chronological order (in other words, most recently added activities appear LAST on the list from the Activity tab view).

    From the Activity tab, please provide an option to click-through/view activities (this feature is already available when clicking/viewing a contact from the contacts tab).

  15. Delete selected messages WITHOUT the "Are you sure" prompt

    When I select many messages to delete (much are spam), I get "Are you sure you want to delete all selected messages?" every time, which I find irritating. Gmail does not do this, and I believe for the very reason it's irritating. (If this is supposed to protect people from themselves, then, imo, there should at least be a preference choice of one way or the other in settings.)

    Adjust for world time zones, so people in Australia will see engagment opportunites when they happen, Tweetdeck shows them asap. please fix
