Expand the Address types
Currently we have only "Work, "Home", and "Other". It would be really useful if we hade some or all of the following:
- Postal
- Main (or Head Office, for companies with more than one location)
- Branch
- Shipping
- Billing

Email accounts such as yahoo.com, google.com, outlook.com should be identified as personal email.
Email accounts such as yahoo.com, google.com, outlook.com should be identified as personal email. Many emails default to Work, especially when imported from LinkedIn. Create a sort of whitelist of domains that are automatically classified as personal. This also helps identify gaps so that I can Prospect for work emails.I had done an export and re-classified emails, instead it just added the 'gmail.com' address as a personal while keeping the same address as work.

NImble Chrome Plugin & Outllook Plugin - Deal Warning
It would be really useful when you view a contact to be able to see that you have a deal pending with them on the initial view. As it is, you have to "check" under deal to see if they have one running or not. It is only a minor but it would be much easier.
Maybe the same also for activities outstanding. It would only need a sort of check mark or number flag or something (like Apple does with messages on the front screen of an iphone say) to tell you that it was there...

delete custom fields
I had a legacy database that I brought into Nimble. I thought that I would need 3 fields that were not native to Nimble, so I created them and imported my data. For unknown reasons, Nimble added them to the top of the Sales table settings, which is the default table settings, which meant that important info got pushed out of the visible fields. I thought OK I will remove them from Sales Table Settings. After numerous tries, that doesn't seem possible - it reverts back. I can do that in Custom Table settings, but that means I have to…

Fix the disconnect between LinkedIn and Nimble.
All too often the suggested LinkedIn profiles are just plain wrong (example would be the correct name linked to the incorrect profile picture). There is a lot of work to do in fixing the data exchange before it can be trusted. Even if I enter the correct profile manually, its a hit and miss affair about what data actually synchronises.

Reload contact page after deleting a reminder
Reminders that are completed are shown as such immediately, whereas deleted reminders require a page reload - please consider removing the reminder immediately after it is deleted

Nimble prospector and linkedin
Using the prospector with LinkedIn allows getting contact info when pointing at a Linkedin record. However, contact info returned sometimes has DIFFERENT linkedin address than the contact I was searching. Would be great to improve the algorithm so that the contact info returned had matching LinkedIn profile address

Add numerical lead score for a contact
To be able to add to/subtract from an integer value associated with each contact before they are in Deals category.
For example - add points for email opening, link clicking, liking FB page, leaving a review and so on.1 vote -
Easy Way To Auto Add Contacts from Outlook
When I open an email, I wish there were an easy way to auto add the contact record info into Nimble. I feel like I spend half my day cutting and pasting first and last names, with email.

Focus on the clients
I suggest that the support team focus more on the existing clients, the needs they have, and try helping problems out, not just sent a link or ignore it. I have been waiting 3 days for help - and no help is given. So the suggestion is to be more human, not just see it as a "ticket support" with you on one side and the clients on the other side, it will also help you a lot getting more clients in.

Add the ability to Reset Reminder while bulk editing in search mode
When looking at one person's page I can click the Stay in Touch icon and get a drop down of
*Weekly
*Monthly
*Quarterly
*Annuallly
*RESET REMINDER
*No ReminderWhen bulk editing via searches I get a list that EXCLUDES the Reset Reminder:

Automatic USPS verified/approved addresses with Zip+4 via free USPS API
Use the free USPS API to verify & format addresses to the USPS standard, including Zip+4
Add a method to verify individually, or verify all addresses.
Mark a verified address as 'locked' (see my other suggestion)

Add a check box to lock addresses, phone numbers
I use addresses a lot. Nimble adds all kinds of incomplete addresses to the list of addresses for a person or company. These sometimes show up above a correct address I have verified, making them 'address 1' in an export.
Add a check box next to an address to lock an address as a main (top) address for the address type that does not get updated by Nimble. Nimble can still add all the bogus addresses, but they won't be picked as 'address 1'. There could be a main Work, Home and Other address checked
The same applies for phone…

Provide an option to display social media profiles based on the contact's full name.
I get social media profile suggestions based on last name with no regard to first name. If a person's name is Abigal Adams, I need to see all social media contacts for "Abigal" Adams not John Adams, Sam Adams, Susan Adams, etc.
