Make the Notes pop up larger (scrollable)
The Notes pop-up is too small to read all the text in some notes. You cannot scroll in the pop up without Editing the Note. Please make the pop-up larger and allow scrolling.
(unless you change from the pop-up to an expandable accordian type control in the Notes pane so you can click a note to expand/collapse to read it.

Nimble Daily Email - when I click a contact can it use an existing Nimble Tab not load a new version
Nimble Daily Email is great - and the 'Engagement Opportunities are really helpful.
However when I click a contact who is now following me it triggers Nimble to load/open another instance. This is really slow and ends up with multiple tabs open.
Is there a way to use an existing tab/instance, or only open a new one for the first contact and re-use that for subsequent ones.

Nimble Daily Email - can it show diary for Today & Tomorrow not Today and Yesterday.
The Daily alert is great - but after 'Engagement Opportunities' mine shows tasks and appointments for 'Today and Yesterday'. Showing 'Today and Tomorrow' would be much more useful.

Time stamp for custom field entries to allow multiple entries
At present you can only update an existing custom field. Old data is over-written
I suggest an entry can be timestamped and stored. This is similar to the Notes history operation. This will enable users to create a tab with multiple fields which then show a history. Very useful for service providers e.g.
Service Date would give history of service
orTreatment Date
Treatment providedor
Complaint Received Date
Complaint NoteThe above would enable all complaints from one client to be tracked. (realise that may be 3rd party solutions for this but for many business es they don't require…

If I cut/paste contact info from the web and try to save it in notes, it says NO
If I cut/paste contact info from the web and try to save it in notes, it says NO WAY and won't allow it to save. Why is that?

Multiple NIMBLE user account management
i use NIMBLE at several companies through seperate accounts - it would be great to nimbly flick between accounts (similiar to pages in facebook),as the current switching between accounts is a little dificult.

instead of clicking edit - hover and click specific fields
to update contact info like email, url, titles, would be helpful if you could just over the field item and edit. Instead of edit button and scrolling all the way to the bottom of the screen to include a company website.

Ability to copy things from inside a note.
I love the notes functionality - it's a HUGE part of how we use Nimble. One really REALLY annoying thing? You can't copy / paste things from inside a note. I leave notes for other users on deals, often containing copy for our website relating to that deal. When our content manager goes to create the post, she can't copy anything from the note to paste it into the blog. Very frustrating.

User friendly print options
Quick and easy print options out of Nimble.
I would like to print my daily calendar view, then a couple weeks view. NOT user friendly.
The reason many like myself used ACT by Sage for so long is it was ‘easy’ to use, other CRM have lots of bells and whistles, some I like but please work on including the basics.

Please move the delete key to the left column
Please move the delete key over to the left column. When deleting one or more records, we have to highlight a too tiny box on the very left of the screen. Why can't the delete key be there also, since that is the next keystroke after selecting the various records for deletion.

We don’t currently have plans to change the location of the delete key in Nimble.
When we next review the design of Nimble, we may consider changes, but we do not have any plans in the near future.

Events
In creating events you have to have an e-mail address for the contact, for the contacts profile link to appear in the Activities field. Sometimes the contact might not have a e-mail address. Would be nice to have it link without one as well. See the screen shot about activities screen.

Free Nimble for single users or 5USD max per month for a single user.
I use Nimble as a "shadow" system on work because the CRM system at work is not optimal for my needs. I love Nimble, but 15 USD per month are to expenisive as a private person. Let it be free for a single user or not more than 5 USD a month

Tag Merging
Being able to merge two tags. For example, we have many cases where two users add the same thing with different spelling or capitalization. It would help organization if we could merge tags, perhaps by changing the name of one to match the other.

Thank you for writing in for this feature request.
For the time being, we must decline the ability to merge tags in Nimble because it is not a priority at this time.
We have not prioritized this feature because users can merge two tagged groups through a work around in Nimble.
If you would like to merge two tagged groups, go to Advanced Search.
Next, add two search queries for “tag is” and add each of your tagged groups you would like to merge.
After running your search, select the check box at the top of the list and click the text for “select all ## contacts”.
After all contacts are selected, choose “Add Tags” and apply a new tag to the group.
Once you have applied a new tag to these contacts, you will have successfully merged the contacts under a new tag.

Would be nice to have a choice of different colour schemes...the white is very glaring for myself, and would be nice to adjust

Transparency on updates
I think you're doing a great job launching basic features and upgrading the system over time, but I think that when I'm asked to update it, it should tell me what had been updated.
I think this will help in two ways: both giving some transparency to it, relieving the uncertainty and also incentivating me to try these new features!

Global Wall/Stream listing everything I do across all contacts, deals etc. in chronological order
A 'Global Wall' for my entire account. I would like to see a global view of all my interactions within Nimble; i.e. it would show me in chronological order what has happened in Nimble (almost a 'Change History').
e.g. from top down: added an activity for Contact A (at 2.30pm), made a change to Deal 23 (at 10.30am), completed a task linked to Company B (yesterday at 10pm), sent an email to contact Y (yesterday at 8pm) and so on.
You could include filters by Nimble category (Contacts, Deals, Messages, Activities etc.) and sub-filter by status (added/completed/changed, sent/received etc.).

adjust the program where I can type in data immediately in the first input field (also in a pop-up). Now I have to select the field first.
When I want to type in data for a contact I first have to select a field before I can start typing. For example, when I want to add tags, I first have to select the inputfield before I can start typing.
Saves me lots of clicks when I could start typing immediately.Thank you!
