Actually remove the "Take the Tour" box when I ask you to.
The "Take the Tour" box includes a checkbox that says "Don't show again." I've checked that box a hundred times, and "Take the Tour" still appears on every new page like clockwork. I know it's a minor thing, but it's annoying.

We track the tour in your browser cookies and if you have recently cleared your cache or do not accept cookies, the tour option will stay up there.
We’ll review whether or not to store this info on our servers in the future, but this feature is complete if you don’t have cookies disabled.

Add support for OneDrive for attaching files
Currently you can attach files from Google Drive or Dropbox, but our company uses Sharepoint online and OneDrive. Has support for OneDrive been considered?

is there a way to make a 'deal' into a 'project' once it has been won so that all the team members can continue working on the sale with the deal history?

We have released a multiple deal pipeline feature today which means you can create a new pipeline to move a deal to once it has closed as a sale and you want to transition it to a project management-style view.

add team notifications
My team and I would like to update each other with news about a contact or meeting we held. When updating our client history, it would be nice to be able to ping members of my team through Nimble about important updates.
Possible a drop down menu within my company's account with the option to choose multiple team members to communicate this new note to. Like getting an email for a new task assigned, my team would get an email about a new note logged or deal logged about an important contact.

You can notify team members in the app if you assign a task and have task notifications turned on.
They receive notifications in-app, or via email, too!

Google calendar invites
You have an option to add guests to the event, but there is no way to send them invites. So instead of doing additional work: go to GCal, removing and adding people to the meeting it'd be great to automate this process in Nimble. Thanks

Display manually entered Birthdays on Today Page and Signals Tab
Birthdays which are entered manually to the contact profile do not show up on the Today page and Signals tab. This should be very easy and straightforward to implement, since the system already shows birthdays for facebook contacts for example.

make it possible to assign people to existing deals from the contact / event view.
When you are in the contact page you can not link them to existing deals. This includes that contacts event, making migrating information like events to the deal difficult and redundant.

Fix currency in reporting to be the same as the default
In the über cool new reporting tab it would be nice to see the same currency as is default used in my settings.

Gmail Widget: Query new contacts and pre-populate name fields.
Hi There,
Happy Nimble customer here with a feature request to improve the Gmail Contact widget. I email a lot prospects and wish to import, and tag them all WHILE emailing them.
Many times my favorite Rapportive feature, the "import to nimble" button, doesn't appear or fails to import. So my alternative options are:
1) Load up the nimble website, browse to my sent Email messages. Open the sent message and about 90% of the time Nimble successfully queries and finds this prospects LinkedIn account. Thus, pre-populating their name, title, business name, etc. All I have to do is click…

Please improve your deals section; it can be so much better (see Pipedrive, LACRM for reference)
Just make the layout better... allow multiple pipelines per product or company we may be working.

Manual Sync Button for Email
When using email providers other than Gmail, it takes 10-30 minutes for Nimble to sync with email servers. This causes confusion when using other devices like iPhone, iPad, Mac, PC, Android, etc. If Nimble cannot sync instantly then add a Manual Sync Button to Nimble Messages screen such that the user can manually tell Nimble to sync with the mail servers.

Nimble offers a “refresh” button to trigger email sync. There may still be a delay, but this is the only way to push a sync of messages to Nimble.

Need to preserve formatting, spacing in notes
I take long notes on my calls with different prospects. These notes cannot be saved in Nimble. They lose their formatting, bold, etc. Right now I use Evernote to store the notes, but that's difficult because everyone on the team has to open Evernote to see my call notes.
You really need better note taking abilities. Bold, formatting, numbered/bulleted lists, really just basic HTML formatting, the same as any email program. And the should not pop up in a tiny window with all the text running together.

Iphone app - todays tasks
I´ve just signed up for Nimble. I´m blown away of the interface, using the desktop version to keep my tasks organized. All excited I downloaded the iphone app. It was a bit of a disappointment.
I thought that the iphone app would be adapted to my "out-and-about" behavior, giving me a quick view of whats going on at the moment - current tasks and an easy option for me to take notes and convert them into a task at the end of a meeting.
I started trying Nimble trying to find a CRM for my sales force but ended up…

Add Facebook Pages to "Social Profiles"
Right now, Facebook Pages display only the social stream information on a record.
Please add a "Social Profile' contact card for Facebook Pages, similar to other profiles.

Add an option to turn off "Today's Top Contacts" on Today screen
I've tried to find an option to turn it off any success.
One of the things that really annoys me when I open up Nimble every day.
Understand some people probably love this hence why an option to turn on or off would be great

Advanced Search on every page
Please Add the advanced search feature to the regular search box on every page without having to open the advanced search page.
It would be great being able to search for file names of attachments and everything else in "Pending & History" and every other tab.
