  3. Please please please, add some way to unsubscribe contacts besides tags! I get burned every time...

    You should be able to unsubscribe contacts easier than tagging...when you have thousands of contacts and can only send 100 emails a day, you are bound to make mistakes with the tagging! And I have...Or have the ability to make a contact visible but inactive or something...

  5. enable update or delete addresses records that automatically synced to our contacts records from social profiles that linked to the contacts

    We are facing a problem when we would like update or delete addresses records of our contacts that have several addresses in their records (Especially these addresses are being automatically synced to our contact records from social profiles that have been mapped to our contacts)

    When we delete or update one of the address records and click on update contact to save the new records, then we return back to the same contact page it doesn't update and show the same olds records that it was before the update or delete process!!!

    This a system bug and it is doesn't…

  6. Control Privacy on Deals

    We use the app for salesforce and is great! We now are looking into using the app on other departments for delegating TASK, Calendar and contacts. We need to block "non sales" users from having access to the DEALS.

  8. In addition to 'Create New Contact' from Email - add an "Update Contact" button

    I LOVE that we can add contact directly from the messages. THIS is AWESOME.

    I'd love to be able to UPDATE a CONTACT also. Often a contact will reply from another email address (especially if forwarded to gmail or another company url). I'd love to be able to 'update contact' and populate the email address into the contact card.

  10. Create notes about an Event or Conference associated with multiple contacts

    Often when I attend an event, I want to write all of my important notes in one place. For example, if I went to a conference and connected with 10 people, I would want to write an overview of how it went and who I met. Then, I would like to be able to add contacts associated with the conference as needed.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    If you use our Nimble mobile apps for iPhone or Android, you will have the ability to be prompted to log a note after an event ends. Add the app from Google Play or the App Store to get started.

  12. Edit Contact info(Lead Type, Status, etc) in Grid view without having to open each contact

    I see you can edit important, reminders and tags, but I would also love to be able to edit Lead type, lead status, email, etc by clicking in the list.

    Hi Jason,

    You may search in Advanced Search for contacts with “Email is Empty” to bring up all contacts without an email address.

    From here, you can create a saved search and any record that meets this criteria will fall into this search filter.

    This type of search “is empty” or “is not empty” can be applied to many different data fields in Nimble. For example, you can search on all contacts without a Twitter or LinkedIn URL but with an Email Address to help you narrow down who you need to connect with.

  15. Search function for contacts in android app must be able without tags!

    Actually I cannot believe that the following user szenario with the android app is not possible:

    Go to Contacts
    Type in the name of the contact
    Call him on the phone tab

    Instead I go to Contacts
    MUST select a tag in order to luckily get close to my preffered contact

    ENABLE A SEARCH WITH BY TYPING IN THE NAME OF A CONTACT

  17. Better Management of Leads Prior to Becoming a Pipeline Deal

    We really need a better way to identify and track the progression of prospects before they enter the Deal Pipeline.

    Typically you want to keep "Deals" separate from "Leads" which you can do in Nimble. We've got lots of "Contacts" in Nimble and use the configurable fields to identify different types of Contacts, one of which is "Prospect" or a potential lead.

    For those contacts that represent a potential lead, we want to track the progression through a staged process: new, contacted, engaged, and (ultimately) validated...at which point we create a "Deal" in the pipeline. Some lead's don't turn into…

  19. Update "Stay in touch" from iOS

    I'd like to be able to update the stay in touch cycle from a contact from my iOS device. The app offers to take notes for a particular contact but not to update stay in touch. Would be very useful on the go.
