I like this feature but I feel it really does not work as well as it should do. For example, if I reply to a tracked email in my outlook it again shows that the email was read even though it was me. Will this feature be better streamlined in the future as I find it quite useless in it current state as it does not provide any realistic open rates. I also find it very frustrating having to go through all of my group messages to find if a person has opened my email. The other issue is that when I do try and see if an email has been opened in the group messages screen it only shows the subject line and not who the email was sent to. When I do click in the email it still does not show me anywhere if it has been opened. As a past BASE user all emails are individually tracked and you can see straight away in that persons individual file and message if they have opened the email or not. I do not have to click into it to see if it was opened. These are just a few things that I feel need to be addressed
