Sync to google contacts

would love the ability to have a clean sync back to google contacts, or at least to the iphone.

We’re happy to announce that we now have a solution for syncing with Nimble and Google Contacts. We developed this through a partnership with a great group of people from the PieSync team.

For Solo Users, this service is completely free of charge.

For Team Users, it is $5.00 per user, per month.

    I agree with DJ Carey. One-way sync from Nimble to Google Contacts would be hugely useful. It means Nimble is the database of record, and that Google Contacts are always kept up to date. Again, I like the way CapsuleCRM does it. They create a Group in Google Contacts called Capsule Contacts and they add the contacts to that Group.

    Without 2 way synch for contacts (and for calendar) Nimble still leaves me flying a bit blind. No doubt it is technically a challenge but I'm looking forward to seeing Nimble solve this - hopefully the folks over at Google will help too... Best, Dave

    This would be useful for all of the connected networks - if I make a change in Nimble it would be extremely useful to see that change reflected in the corresponding network's address book.

    The sync has to include all supported fields including Google Groups and reference channels.

    This way we could manage most of the information of Nimble Contacts with external solutions, including tags that would manifest as google groups and maybe "other" fields

    In terms of priority, I would put 2-way Google Contacts sync above the iPhone app. If the contacts sync to Google, I can sync my iPhone to Google to have my contacts come with me everywhere.

    Yes, separate the 2 issues. 2 way Gcontacts sync would be good. iphone app would be good too.

    OK, perhaps we should separate these 2 issues. I need sync with google contacts because that will get my contacts to my droid phone, iPad and PC where they can used for more than just nimble (uses that we already have with Google Apps). If I need an app to access nimble, that's fine, but that's a separate issue as is one for iPad and Droid.
