I add my vote for email templates. They are a great timesaver. Zoho, Insightly, Hubspot, Hatchbuck... They all have email templates. Nimble needs them in order to stay competitive.

I've been using the e-mail signature as a template, but it does add a space before the e-mail begins. Is there anyway to remove the space before the signature?

Joseph, did you mean for 2015? Templates are great because I find myself saying the same basic things over and over, especially to new connections. If I could keep that text handy it would reduce the effort in following up with people.

Absolutely critical. The last 2 days I have been testing nutshell, hubspot crm, base crm, pipeliner, active campaign and insightly. I am not kidding. Nimble wins our business if you can implement this feature.

Your CEO sells nimble as "the CRM doing the work for you"... I hope this mindset finds its way into more automation features. The easiest is email templates. The second would be automated workflows setting tasks, remidners, etc. as soon as a new lead enters the pipeline.

Lets start with the must have (email templates) and I hope soon we'll see more.

Take a look at hubspots crm template system. It's pretty nice.

Even though it's now 2015, I strongly suggest adding an email template feature to Nimble. Currently, I have to open up our email platform (Zimbra), download a template from that platform, copy the text, and then paste it into a Nimble email. Yes, it's a bit annoying to do this.

Don't wait for a lot of people to vote "For" this feature before implementing it. Reason: a lot of potential users of your CRM are probably exploring its features and deciding not to use it because it does not have that template feature.

Years ago, while working for a large fortune 500 company, I asked how many "complaints" we had to receive before our corporation decided to investigate and improve based on received complaints / comments. I was surprised to learn that only 2 - 3 complaints or comments were required. Prior marketing data showed that 2 or 3 complaints / comments represented only the tip of the iceberg of the issue. I look forward to Nimble taking this comment to heart.
