Display manually entered Birthdays on Today Page and Signals Tab
Birthdays which are entered manually to the contact profile do not show up on the Today page and Signals tab. This should be very easy and straightforward to implement, since the system already shows birthdays for facebook contacts for example.

I can't seem to search on this information either - is a method of finding a range of people that have birthdays coming up for example?

I also would love to have this. For me, this is a great way to keep in contact with contacts, also those I have not have made deals for some time and where I want to refresh the interaction. Thank you! Where can I explicitely vote for this feature?

We've uploaded ALL our contacts DB from GApps to Nimble and, using PieSync, we are only syncing the most used contacts. But, we always kept a very close look at customers birthdays. Close relationship is a must. But now..... we are not able to do it anymore!
Without this simple feature, why do we need our Nimble Daily email reminder? I can see my meetings in my calendar....
Dear Nimble, PLEASE, this is not so complicated to deliver!

I totally agree, I nearly missed my mothers 79th Birthday yesterday as she completely refuses to join Facebook........I had her birthday in Nimble and assumed that I would be reminded, but no it only reminds you about Facebook contacts who have chosen to publish their birthdays, so Mum nearly missed getting her present! Luckily my sister reminded everyone.....after all this time you would think I could remember it, but I can barely remember my own! This is an easy, quick fix which should be implemented.

A keep in touch strategy always requires good reasons to reach out to people, and a birthday is the one common denominator for every person, that anyone has as a connection.
Reminding us of the birthdays of Facebook contacts is just one portion of the pie. For many in business, reminders about our LinkedIn (or manually added) birthdays are even more important.
This functionality is vital if I am to consider dropping Highrise as a tool and switching completely to Nimble.

I currently pay for Highrise to give me birthday reminders in advance.
I cannot switch until Nimble also offers this simple functionality. -

Plus a search function for birthdays. This is as important as basic. The whole thing is pointless if you can't search it or get a info BEFORE the actual birthday. This MUST also include birthdays that are manually edited and not only the birthdays from facebook.
