Nimble can't find my account or custom URL, what do I do?

Scenario:

At the Nimble login page, I typed my email address to look up my custom URL, but Nimble returns, "We couldn't find an account associated with this email address"



Answer:

If Nimble returns that we could not find your account, then it means the email address you entered is not registered with Nimble.

You may have registered for Nimble with another email address such as info@company.com or team@company.com. Please check both your business and your personal email addresses.
