Unfortunately, we no longer support importing social accounts into Nimble via csv files anymore. The reason being that before, every time we imported social accounts in, we had to match those social accounts to the exact profiles in the networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter), calling hundreds of API calls, and maxing out our thresholds.

As a result, some contacts with social accounts came into Nimble, but their names were displayed in black (not blue), signifying they're not a contact in Nimble, when they actually are. And that's because we couldn't match all the social accounts. It was causing a huge issue in Nimble and the reason why we stopped this functionality.
