"Do Not Honor" error message - What do I do?

Scenario:

You enter your credit card information in Nimble's Settings >> Billing page.

After you submit, the Billing page refreshes, your data is cleared, and you receive a red message at the top: Do Not Honor




Why this happens:

The "Do Not Honor" response is a message sent from your card-issuing bank, so you can view why the bank is choosing to decline the transaction. There is no standard reason that an issuing bank would send back a particular response, so you will see a variety of messages that may indicate similar reasons for decline. In these situations, please try another credit card or call your issuing bank.
