Reset Accounts
1. Reset your account (all contact records erased including activities related to them) AND you are on a Single User version
Please email support@nimble.com with your account information (your registered email with Nimble or registered domain name: http://mycompany.nimble.com with Nimble).
We aim to submit these requests every afternoon and get them back the following morning.
** If you are on a multi-user version of Nimble, we currently cannot reset your account. As a workaround, the account admin/owner can delete the account and re-register for a new one, to start fresh.
