Hi,
While we are not currently planning on developing a Zendesk integration internally, we are much more likely to have an integration developed in 2013 because we recently opened our API to the public.

CT imports XING contacts that don't exist in your Nimble account. CT syncs hourly as to keep your new/future XING contacts in Nimble.
