I had something worse with Avid, when I switched between Avid and another program, I got a blue screen. This applied to switching between any programs. And even worse, I had an old payroll program running at the time that had been lost. My friend advised me to call a technician, I thought it was probably a bug in the program, but the reason was different. They diagnosed the system, found the error, and replaced one part. Meanwhile I found an article about payroll processing https://www.creative.onl/payrollindex/cheap-payroll/ and alternative programs, want to choose something more reliable.
I'm sure you'll produce some fantastic brews with your new setup and those four brews you have lined up sound delicious. As for the spunding valve recommendation, I'm afraid I don't have any personal experience with them, but there are many online forums and communities dedicated to home-brewing where you can ask for recommendations.
