Hi,
For now, we will review the possibility for associating messages for contacts that are not senders.
For the time being, the best work around would be to select “Log note” on a contact and paste the body of the email you want to have for a point of reference.
We hope to have more information to share in the future about this feature, thank you for all of your votes!
Regards,
-The Nimble Team

Hi Roshan,
Unfortunately, Linkedin does not make this information available over their API, therefore, we cannot populate it in Nimble.
If they ever make this information available over their API, we will definitely do what we can to make it available in Nimble!
Cheers,
Joseph

Here are some use cases that makes this important:
1) "Jane Doe sent you a message via LinkedIn" - even those these notification emails from LinkedIn don't contain the text of the message, it does become an easy way to log the receipt of the message and provides a hot link to the text
2) voicemail from google voice and other providers can be attached to the contact history (link to voicemail message)
3) a promotional email sent out by the contact (individual or company) is valuable to save in the contact record
4) I can forward text messages from MY phone to an my email and then associate them with the sender
of course, some of these use cases would be moot if there were direct integrations....
