    I needs to be easier to record the fact that I left a VM for someone. A 1 click item. I don't need other details, unless I choose to add them.

    This is a problem that drives me crazy! Really would appreciate a fix. I really only want to keep email I send through the NIMBLE system, where I prospect. All other emails are day to day operational email I don't want to store in Nimble and certainly don't want to buy storage for. PLEASE HELP.
