  1. A-Z Alphabetical Sort Bar on top of contacts list

    Need a quick way to get to the contact without guessing which page they are on. You could use an A B C...Z list or a search box on top of the contacts.

  2. Need to preserve formatting, spacing in notes

    I take long notes on my calls with different prospects. These notes cannot be saved in Nimble. They lose their formatting, bold, etc. Right now I use Evernote to store the notes, but that's difficult because everyone on the team has to open Evernote to see my call notes.

    You really need better note taking abilities. Bold, formatting, numbered/bulleted lists, really just basic HTML formatting, the same as any email program. And the should not pop up in a tiny window with all the text running together.

  3. Ability to sort by Klout score

    It would be great if Nimble allowed me to find my most influential contacts by having the ability to sort by Klout score.

  4. Show Klout Scores (and ability to sort by Klout)

    As a social CRM, we need to be able to see how influential a contact is.
    Adding Klout would be a very easy way to lookup how influential a person is when doing outreach or sales.

  5. Let us manually reset or overide the stay in touch / past due reporting.

    I do stay in touch with contacts but often through an offline process. However I can see a growing list of people I'm being warned are past due for a 'stay in touch' effort and there seems to be no way of logging an offline initiative that the system recognises and causing it to reset the clock. Or am I missing something?

  6. Set a contact's primary email address

    Each contact really needs to have a means to suggest a "primary" email. At the moment it appears to be random what is at the top of a list (where you have multiple emails for a contact).

    This is important as this is the email that is displayed on the contact summary page, attached to the user's name in tasks/activities and elsewhere.

    It is also important to establish what is the best way to reach someone

  7. help me to select contacts/ companies then, as a bulk action, code the relationship type

    It would be good to select contacts/ companies and, as a bulk action (to save masses of time), code the relationship type (client, prospect, network, etc.). I would then like to view my contacts/ companies by relationship type. Many thanks.

    Hi,

    Thank you for submitting this feature request.

    We are marking this feature as complete because we have features in Nimble that fit your needs.

    At the current moment, all users may select contacts and companies and as a bulk action, apply a tag to these contacts. The tag label can be coded in any way that specifically helps out your work flow.

    Then, you will be able to select that tagged group from the Contacts tab in Nimble to quickly access these important contacts.

  8. Add twitter reply and direct messages that I send to a contact become a part of that contact's record

    When a contact sends me a twitter reply or DM, that message becomes a part of their contact record. However, if I send them a twitter reply or DM, it is not added to their record. What we have is a one-sided conversation only. I have not tested this with FaceBook or LinkedIn but suspect same might be true. Thx!

  9. Increase the functionality of advanced search to allow searching of custom fields

  10. Show the Stay In Touch button on all contacts, not just the contacts surfaced on the Today tab.

    i really like the new stay in touch button next to contacts on the Today tab, it should be available on any contact anywhere in the system.

  12. tagging of contacts

    Let me tag contact and let the tag be a search criteria (like in highrise). Let me find for instance "all hobby photographers that I know in NY", by search for every contact in NY which I tagged with "photographer".

  13. View Contact URL without pressing "Edit" (Hyperlink)

    When you view a contact, the website URL is not visible and you have to click edit contact, cut and paste the url, to get to client website. Hyperlink needs to be in contacts details. Like email and phone.

  14. filter and sort by ratings

    SHould be able to view ratings and sort contacts by ratings. Also need ability to filter contacts / companies by ratings.

  15. Add a rich text formatting

    Allow bold, italics, simple bullets and a few different text sizes (H1, H2 etc). Makes reading contact notes a lot easier if you can format the text.

    Add this to the "Additional information" field under a contact. Also add it to the list of available field types for custom fields.

  16. When you open an email from within a contact record, we need a button to close that email and go back to the contact record

    Description in title. Hitting the back arrow on the browser does not seem like the way be want to be able to do this?? Thanks!

    Today, when you open an email in a contact record – it will open in the Messages tab. When you click on the Contacts tab, it will bring you back to the contact record you were in.

  17. insert hyphens in the phone numbers for easier reading.

    10 digits are easier to read as 123-123-1234 rather than 1231231234.

    We have now fixed this issue in Nimble. When you send a message from a contact record, you will be redirected back to that contact!

    We’re working on many more flow improvements in Nimble, we’re so excited to share them with you!
