I continue to be stunned that this is not a standard feature that EVERY OTHER CRM HAS. Is it seriously that difficult a thing to implement because everyone else seems to have cracked the code - if it were.
It is a bit disheartening when you see other suggestions under review but it seems this one hasn't been considered or looked at by the developers.
