A big reason we are considering nimble over insightly was the apparent ease at which we are able to pull in and monitor our leads, prospects and clients social networking activities, based upon their current social media URLs (this would include LinkedIn profiles pulling down a validation error and cannot be pulled down as well).
Not integrating, with the current trend - those individuals and companies that recognize the value - in using vanity URLs who are using them now and will going forward - may just turn current nimble users or potential users away.
And may have a profound affect on your own ability to acquire new customers.
Though honestly the majority of my team is really excited about using nimble, key stakeholders and their team members are providing feedback that speaks to how frustrated they are with the error messages and invalidation, rather than empower us to do our jobs better, faster and more informed then our competition... Which is what I believe partnering with nimble's primary strength is supposed to provide.
