I don't think that such little things can somehow positively affect the sale. It seems to me that it's not so important. Although, I believe that if I saw a vast gaming desk in the RV that I once saw on this site -- https://eurekaergonomic.com/gaming-desk-aed-72-studio-with-keyboard-tray/, then maybe it would have influenced me to purchase this particular RV because it adds to this RV unusual and, accordingly, people like this. In short, this is a great and challenging question, and I hope my post will somehow be helpful to you, I'm just not going to sell my RV yet, and I don't think I will do it shortly.
