I've used a lot of crm systems over the years, and it is crucial to be able to search notes, tasks, events. I don't know of one that doesn't. I'm in the habit of recording information with contacts that I can find even years later. It's not practical to only be able to put information in the description field that I might want to search on later. I would have to copy information from notes, tasks, etc. into the description field. Can you give an idea of when this might be available or if it's not on the radar?
