Click into other tags
When trying to click into other tags you have to click away from the tag and then your desired, this should just be one click

Take The Tour not working
First day with Nimble; Tried to "take the tour" to get an overview and it doesn't work. Both Chrome and Safari... :(
Clicked on "Next Steps", nothing happened. Any ideas?

Extension Pop Out - detachable? Covering important data!
When working on a single monitor (such as a laptop) - why not have the EXTENSION float? Make it detachable? Example - I am viewing a recent connection on Linkedin and want to pull in important CONTACT DATA - and the EXTENSION drop down COVERS ALL THE CONTACT INFO! It's not pulling the contact data from my 1st degree connection on that page and putting it into my contacts database! I have to now open multiple windows to accomplish the same task. And when I view my contacts WEBPAGE (new window) I cannot select and then MOVE the appropriate contact…

amend the new dashboard
I like the look, but the utility hasn't changed, so I'm not impressed. It would be nice if you were to make it possible to check off events as completed, or be able to interact with my Google calendar and task lists from the dashboard, as I still have to go elsewhere to make changes. Also, I would like to customize the image in the background. And, I want to delay send on some emails.

Reporting on Custom Fields
I'd like to be able to run a report against my custom fields tied to a company account. For example: Show me all the companies that are red widget subscribers up for renewal in the date range.

Can you please add a 'reference' in the attachment section, to reference to the local folder/file. This will minimise server data space
Can you please add a 'reference' in the attachment section, to refer to the local folder/file. This will minimise server space, for large files and also protect from sensitive files being sent to Nimble server... Its understood, such files will not be available from any other machine.

Organize Templates
I have tons of email templates for various cadence requirements, products, and use cases. It is very difficult to find the right template for the purpose. A folder structure and search function to easily find templates is necessary.

email full - Reset req no good
I get a ton of emails I don't want to save but they remain in my email account. I only want Nimble to save specific emails to the contact record, not them all. That should be a selectable feature. As is, when my box exceeds the size limit of everything, then Nimble wants me to buy more storage. I don't want more storage. I want to select what emails it saves.

Change your log in home page so that we can upload whatever photo we want! Tired of seeing that dude's face every time I log in!
I preferred the photo of the woman on your home page to the dude you have up now. Possible to allow us to pick our favorite log in face? I vote for that woman again and losing the "Chad"!

Project module that you can edit the name, add custom fields & images, share with anyone
I would love Nimble to have a project module that you can edit the name (i.e you can rename Project to Properties for example) and customise the fields with image "bucket" fields. Solve CRM does this brilliantly (I do not use solve any longer as they have a 4 user limit for their full CRM).
This is great for Real Estate or any other Project or Product related data. Yiou can then add properties for example with all the fields you need and images. A further enhancement would be the ability to share properties with anyone (i.e. they would not…

User group for Nimble users
Not sure if this is the proper place, but I wonder if there is a forum for Nimble Users to talk with one another? Maybe a place we could all help eachother use the system and take a bit of weight off the care team at Nimble. I would love to be a moderator of such a group or just a member. Is there one already? If not can we start one?

Need UI redesign
The new UI is bad. Yes while much more colorful, you have to scroll twice as far and it is very difficult to find items. Another case of ... we made it pretty by giving up useability. Need to redesign.

ctrl & click - Open New Tab
Would be great to have the option of holding control when clicking on a new action to open a new tab while keeping the existing page active and open. This will help when moving between contacts, companies and functions.

Fill the screen
Across the application, there are screen areas that do not expand when on a wide screen. For example, in Deals, on my 16:9 ration screen, the Kanban board area does not expand. It consumes only about 55% of the available space, so I have to scroll to see all my columns.
The behaviour I'd like to see is that all elements adapt to fill the screen as appropriate to minimize scrolling left-right. OR allow those areas to pop-out as separate browser windows that can then fill the screen in a multi-monitor setup.

Have an alert bar for service outages
Have a status/alert bar whenever there is a known service issue so that you don't get multiple users all reporting the same problem. That way the user community knows there is a problem or has an idea of the ETA for when it will be resolved. Having it it yellow highlighter or in a color border box or something that draws attention would be even better.

display custom fields in more than a list
Currently when I setup new tabs in the data fields section whenever I add groups and custom fields it only displays in one long list. It would be great if I could create 2 columns or even blocks of content.

Widget for Workflows
Similar to listing for Deals etc. Would make this new feature (which is great) even more useful.
