  1. Are you going to add more currencies like MXN?

    On the account information you have:
    USD
    EUR
    JPY
    GBP
    CAD
    AUD

    Maybe you can add Mexican Peso, Argentinian Peso, Colombian Peso and all other american currencies. It is just a LOV to modify.

  2. Create Integration to Freshdesk

    http://www.freshdesk.com/api/

    Simple easy to use helpdesk/service management system that competes with Assistly and Zendesk.

    This has a decent API which would allow a tab to be easily added to contacts to view all of their tickets and/or to import contacts from their system as per the Facebook/Linkedin/Twitter/Google+ integrations.

  3. UI using Nimble

    When I go to Deals (Nimble via Browser) and click on an individual Deal the bradcrumb navigation shows <<Back to list. But that option brings me back to the contact list, recently viewed.

    It should bring me back to Deals because that is where I came from.

  4. Google Drive Integration

    Nimble now has an integration with Dropbox and we are looking at other cloud storage options to add to the list. Please vote on this thread if you want the ability to use Google Drive to attach documents to contacts in Nimble.

    Hi,

    I have great news to share today – we now support Google Drive file attachments in Nimble.

    You may attach files to Deals or Contacts.

    To attach to a Contact, select “Attach File” and “Attach from Google Drive” to authorize yourself to your Dive account, then select your files!

  5. Provide reporting capabilities

    Provide custom reporting. We want to output some statistical reports based on opportunity-management stages and tags or priority codes. As a Nimble partner, we would like to set up pre-defined reports for our clients, based on our methodology for nonprofit fundraising productivity.

  7. Allowing querying by contact activity

    The social CRM winner will be the one who handles "social plate spinning" the best.

    It would be great to see a pre-made graph of all my cold "customers," "leads," prospects, "deals" etc. that I haven't communicated with for a certain period of time; being able to drill-down into this list would be even more magical.

    For now, it would be nice to just query a report of whatever segment/field I specify, that hasn't had any activity for whatever time period I specify, drill into these contacts, check out their Twitter, see what they're up to, and maybe send them…

    Hi,

    You may now run queries in Nimble based on the “last contacted” date by team and we display contacts in sortable order for “Recently Contacted” by the individual on the Contacts tab.

    We are going to add more functions to Nimble to help our users stay top of mind with their contacts, and these current features should help a lot for the near future.

    We now force a password reset for users to regain access to their accounts. Thank you for your input!

  10. ability to limit access when multi-users

    I want to bring my team onto nimble to easily share my contacts/jointly manage messages, etc. Ideally, one could have an option to share a contact/message w/ the whole team and/or with individuals within the team. When "share" available: suggest including a comments box for context with regard to sharing the contact. "contaxt" This way personal contacts/DMs remain personal.

    Hi,

    I have great news to share! You can now specify the date format in Nimble in Settings >> My Account.

    We support date formats for US, UK, Canada, Australia, Dutch, German, and Spanish formats.

  12. Suggestions for Nimble

    1) The tie into google contacts and calendar is excellent. Now, get a mobile marketplace app for Android telephones for events and tasks similar to Astrid Tasks; HOWEVER, add an option to warn about deadlines 1 month, 1 week, 1 day in advance in a different color.

    2) If possible, add alibaba and ec21.com b2b email imports (huge plus)

    3) The sales component should have options but don't get too heavy like salesforce.com...not yet. wink
