Default email font format
Every time i write a new email or reply to one I have to select the font I want to use the same font every time, instead of the Times New Roman/Serif font which the system seems to revert to by default. I want to be able to select the default font as Sans Serif Normal, and not have to repeat the process every time I send an email. The only alternative is to create template with the formatting one wants to use, but one still has to first select that template before typing.

Formatting emails in Nimble is hell on earth - I have wasted hours of time fixing up formatting - seriously, fix this problem, it's so frustrating

Agreed! This is incredibly annoying and makes me switch between gmail and nimble all the time for sending mails vs viewing contact info.
