Have a checklist feature in tasks for a deals
Be able to set up a check list that can be used for each deals - So when someone is a lead, I can keep an eye on the stages of nurturing the relationship. That's the only standard thing we do for prospective clients, it's totally in line with the Social Selling mission, and I'm trying to wean off another system that does use this feature (eSpeakers).
So when I enter a deal, I can activate this checklist, and 1 week from inserting the deal, it reminds me to do an initial contact. Then after I check that off, I am reminded to follow up with that lead a second time if no response. If there was a way to have that communication in the checklist of "Got a response" or "not" instead of relying on reading the emails, that would be great. Then after that, I am reminded to add them on Twitter/LinkedIn, then my boss is reminded to introduce himself... etc.
