make Tags and Deals menus dropdowns, rather than empty fields, when associating with tasks
Right now, when associating an activity with a Tag or a Deal, there is a blank field, rather than a drop-down with check marks. This means anyone using the Tags or Deals needs to know the comprehensive list, and must be trusted to spell and capitalize them correctly. It also opens the door to people accidentally creating new Tags.
