Add ability to call tech support
Almost all other CRM's I have used have a call center dedicated to support. Some have SLA's associated with their support levels but they have a telephone number.
This feature would ease the adoption of Nimble into more environments. 5 hours to reply back to a chat is not ok, period.

I would even go so far as to say start a facebook group or user forum where we could help eachother. I love Nimble and would love to be able to help fellow users.
