Create a better, more complete and faster follow-up feature

I know that you have developed a "Complete and create another task" option. It's great. But I don't think it's perfect. Here's why.
When I give a phone call as a first way to get in touch with a potential client for the first time. I'll end up asking for his email and the possibility to send a brochure. But sending the email with the brochure is a part of this "First Contact" activity.
So I would prefer to have a few icons in the activity window on which I could click and briefly say what to do, just as a to-do list within an activity. These icons could be: Gmail, Phone, Calendar, etc.
For example, you could click on the Gmail button and shortly write "Need to send Brochure 'A' before eod".
We could call this "Follow-ups" or "To-dos" or even "Tasks". I thought of this tool for the following reasons:
- I don't really see the need of creating an entire activity for only sending an email or just contact again the person because you need a feedback or something.
- Sometimes, I am in the middle of something else and I just need to be reminded that I need to do such things (email, phone, etc.) later on the same day.
- I should not be using post-its anymore... yet I never found that tool anywhere and I need it (maybe I am not alone?).
- You would just have to "Click, Write, and hit Enter". That would be very fast.
I think I have other reasons, but I can't remember all of them. Maybe the other users in the comments will?
I hope you'll consider this feature as something that could improve your user experience.
