I hope it's possible to recover UI data in Jira. I hope the software makers have thought of this. Otherwise, it will be very sad. Maybe there is some kind of backup or something like that. In general, backup is useful because it often saves me from problems lately. However, there was a time when I simply did not enable backup on my phone and had to resort to data recovery services at https://www.salvagedata.com/ to recover lost data. Now I always enable backup on my devices as it is much faster. Thus, I hope that you will be able to access your data. Otherwise, it will be miserable.
