I (and several hundred thousand other solopreneurs and teams)need a CRM that is set up to permit rapid call dispositioning. I need to be ab.
I make upwards of 150 dials a day, using CallProCRM, but I'm finding that CP requires that I learn SQL programming in order to do a search, and the UI is difficult at best.
Can I/you/your affiliates set up Nimble to rapidly, efficiently "disposition" a phone call as the call ends:
1-Add one or more tags/flags;
2- Re-schedule the next call to this contact (ideally with an alarm so that the contact pops up when the next call is scheduled);
3-send an email from a list of templates;
4-Hang up automatically, or provide a "hangup" button for doing it manually;
5-pull up the next contact to be called from a list that was created by a saved search at the beginning of the call session;
6-Dial the next contact progressively, or provide a "click-to-dial" button for doing it manually. (?)
I know you cant' do this right now, so am asking if you are aware of any possible integrations. For example, I use Mandrill for sending emails and Google for receiving them. I'm aware of an inexpensive dialing program that will dial so long as I can put a "callto" field in the contact interface.
You may not know that there are several hundred thousand solopreneurs and teams that need this functionality. They're out there now trying to sell insurances, phone systems, real estate, business services, ...Their only resources are CallProCRM, Mojosells, and VanillaSoft, none of which are worth a damn for social interaction. Plus they are expensive, with CallPro costing the least in money, but, by far, the most in time lost ramping up.
In short, there's a LARGE market that is untapped for a developer who can add the features I just listed.
I do mass marketing by email and phone. I'm willing to market for you in some sort of quid-pro-quo if you're open to adding the features I need.
