Have the abilty to access the basic programme offline. I travel and need access to contacts and info offline or where I can not get a signal
I think it would be really useful to be able to export the data or back-up into excel (?) so that at least I can be upto speed off line as well as online. I travel a lot and it is not always convenient to get online
