multiple google calendar sync
Since I have have to have multiple calendars in google since they don't support categories, it is critical that Nimble be able to 'sync' to multiple calendars.

I have great news to share to start 2015!
We now have multiple Google Calendar syncing in Nimble!
Go to Settings >> Networks & Imports to connect your calendar, and then you will see the option to add other calendars.
If you tried Nimble in the past and left due to this issue, now is a great time to try Nimble again.

Template System
I wish Nimble had a template system to send frequently e-mails. If an activity must repeat on time, it would be usefull have this utility.

Hi,
You asked for it, now you’ve got it! We now have the feature to add notes on a contact record!
All you will have to do is go to a current contact and select “Log Note” to save a note to a contact record.

Also, if you would like to log a phone call, just select “Log Activity” from a contact record and leave your phone call notes!

Add more due date / scheduling options for tasks
Having been told by Lisa (Nimble employee) in the support forum that if I schedule a task for 'later' that it never becomes due or shows in my calendar - it would be good to be able to schedule tasts for 2 weeks time, or 3 weeks time. A 'schedule for week commencing' option would be a good way to do this.

Would like activity types for Log Activity
Would like activity types such as: Incoming Call, Outgoing Call, etc.
Would be nice to add custom as well.

Create follow-up activity when completing an activity
When I complete a task or activity, I would like the system to prompt me to set up the next activity.

Add ability to delete tags from Activities
It would be helpful to have the ability to delete unused tags in the activities section.

Add tasks to the Calendar View
It would be useful to view tasks alongside the calendar as a To Do List, similar to what you can in Outlook. Gives you one "dashboard view" of all your activities.

You can now add a Task from the Calendar view in the Activities tab in Nimble. Just select “New Activity” and you can create either a new task or a new event!

For Tasks and Events, have a 'Complete and Create' option
Most tasks and events lead to another task or event, since the objective is to 'move the prospect to the next step'.
Therefore, as well as the 'Tick' to complete an activity, can there be a 'Tick and Plus' option, so that the current activity can be closed, and a new activity panel presented, pre-populated with contact details, so the new task/event can be created seamlessly.

Google calendar invites
You have an option to add guests to the event, but there is no way to send them invites. So instead of doing additional work: go to GCal, removing and adding people to the meeting it'd be great to automate this process in Nimble. Thanks

Give option to change activity completion dates.
We may not always log an activity on the day it was completed (for example - an in-person sales call) and need the option to change the completion date for the activity. Does not have to be available when logging the details; ok to allow as part of an edit option later.

Mark tasks as completed straight from the To do Today View
Right now the To do Today view mixes events and tasks together. I find this very confusing because Events are time dependent, but tasks do not need to be.
Instead, please add a checkbox next to tasks so that I can easily differentiate them and then allow me to click on each checkbox to mark it complete.

Add more info/options to tasks
I'm in the middle of trying out a bajillion different CRMs and am narrowing it down to yours and a couple others.
I think you have the potential to do "social" better than anyone else- you're the only ones who get the value in having a contact's entire history/activity easily accessible, and you don't suck like Salesforce. Thank you for that!
I also love the idea of assigning tasks; I currently have to juggle "Waiting Fors," "actions" etc. between spreadsheets, gmail, hootsuite- it sucks!
if I had a magic wand I'd have a "stuff" bucket I could easily go through,…

link the Related To field in Activities to the Contact, and make a drop down
When linking to a Deal I need to remember what I called it (or someone else). When I add a Contact in the Activity,make the Related To a drop-down of deals associated with the contact/company...simplify usage

For performance reasons, we do not plan on changing this flow, but it would be a good idea to revisit this feature in the future. For now, we must decline it.

Update the contact history screen so that we can see more information on logged activities
The new GUI prevents us from seeing the additional text entered when logging activities. This is really important as it allows users to quickly scan the previous activities and see what the results were of each logged activity.

One click "star" a Task
I think it would be handy to be able to review the list of tasks and "star" and "unstar" from that same view. This way you can update "starred" items from previous, but select the top 5 or 10 task to focus on for the morning or day.
Right now it is a 3-click process. Open the task. Star the task. Save the task. THEN you can sort and filter the list for a focused effort. Just thinking of ways to make Nimble simpler and more effective

Thank you for writing to us. You may now star a task while viewing it from the list view on the Activities tab. All you need to do is hover your mouse over the task, and you’ll see the option to star it on the right-hand side.
