  1. link the Related To field in Activities to the Contact, and make a drop down

    When linking to a Deal I need to remember what I called it (or someone else). When I add a Contact in the Activity,make the Related To a drop-down of deals associated with the contact/company...simplify usage

  3. Add more info/options to tasks

    I'm in the middle of trying out a bajillion different CRMs and am narrowing it down to yours and a couple others.

    I think you have the potential to do "social" better than anyone else- you're the only ones who get the value in having a contact's entire history/activity easily accessible, and you don't suck like Salesforce. Thank you for that!

    I also love the idea of assigning tasks; I currently have to juggle "Waiting Fors," "actions" etc. between spreadsheets, gmail, hootsuite- it sucks!

    if I had a magic wand I'd have a "stuff" bucket I could easily go through,…

  4. Add possibility to see contacts associated with tasks in the Accounts view

    In the Account view, when looking at tasks for a certain account, you want to see the contacts associated with the task more easily.

  5. List task/event tags in alpha order when 'Show activities assigned to: x with tags: xx'

    List task/event tags in alpha order when using feature 'Show activities assigned to: x with tags: xx' It is hard to find the tag name in this drop down list when not in alpha order.

    (This list is in alpha order when creating a task or event as you 'type ahead' in the tags field)

  6. Add a 'created' date to tasks

    When you comment on a task it gives the comment a date / time stamp, but it doesn't do this for the main task itself so you can't see when it was created. (Helpful to see how long a task has been live / roling over for).

  7. Add ability to mark meetings / tasks as not completed

    If someone cancells a meeting or if a task can no longer be completed - it would be useful to be able to record this. At the moment, unless you want to delete the activity (which means you then lose all the comments associated with it) you either have to mark the task as completed or just leave the meeting - in both cases when looking back at a contacts record the activities look like they were completed sucesfully - unless you take the trouble to click and read through any comments which were added.     Nimble is very slow in loading content after click. Can you make it fast to work speedy manner.

  9. Clearer icons

    I'd like to see clearer icons on for example task status. Now it is hard to quickly see if a task is completed or not by just glancing at it (you have to read the text to know - at least that is the feeling I think).
