  1. Export all contacts associated with a list of companies from a search that contains a list of the companies only

    Right now if I search for all companies listed in Florida, and I select all companies and hit Export, the resulting csv is a list of only the companies. It would be nice to add an extra feature that allows us to choose whether we want the companies only OR the companies and the associated contacts. This would help in case not each contact was tagged properly and was hence not returned by the search.

  2. Visually grouping workflow stages

    I have 8 stages across the workflow page and I'd like to be able to group some of them visually - maybe separators, color coding? I'm currently using emojis like 🔵 🔴 🟢 🟡 in stage names as a workaround.

    I could break them up into 2 or 3 separate workflows, but that would negate the 'at a glance' function of the workflow view, and multiply the number of workflows to manage.

  3. add cases tab

    similar to deals but without a monetary figure attached
    some of us "operational people" need a way to to associate/link contacts and companies to a project/case. please let me know if you can help

  5. Add a Report for "All Activity Pipelines"

    Nimble has the ability to add multiple pipelines but no reporting function all across multiple pipelines. To start with, generating reports for "All Activity Pipelines" would help managers see the big picture across multiple pipelines.

  7. outlook add-in for Mac -

    shows black in Outlook on right side, unless I single click the tool bar, then goes black again, once released. Is this a bug that can be fixed for Mac Outlook?

  8. open an affiliate program

    havea personal connection has linked its ID-Nimble
    when someone is testing the free solution and after he signed a contract we could collect a % recurring for the life of the subscription

  9. Fix the bug that deleted all my email templates when I saved a new one.

    I might have to stop using Nimble. I added a new e-mail template and my first 5 templates DISAPPEARED. How is this defect real.....

  11. Mobile app should work offline

    The mobile app is great but cut the network and you cannot access your contacts anymore.
    It would be useful to be able to access and work with the app offline and have options to sync automatically/manually the changes when back online.
    A bit like the phone book on your mobile phone.

  12. Global Wall/Stream listing everything I do across all contacts, deals etc. in chronological order

    A 'Global Wall' for my entire account. I would like to see a global view of all my interactions within Nimble; i.e. it would show me in chronological order what has happened in Nimble (almost a 'Change History').

    e.g. from top down: added an activity for Contact A (at 2.30pm), made a change to Deal 23 (at 10.30am), completed a task linked to Company B (yesterday at 10pm), sent an email to contact Y (yesterday at 8pm) and so on.

    You could include filters by Nimble category (Contacts, Deals, Messages, Activities etc.) and sub-filter by status (added/completed/changed, sent/received etc.).

  13. Include "All That Apply" boxes

    I have created custom data fields for unique contact information. Please add an opportunity to have check boxes allowing for multiple choices. For example, I email articles and monitor who reads them. By allowing the use of check boxes, I can immediately see which articles have been read and proceed with a discussion.

  14. instead of clicking edit - hover and click specific fields

    to update contact info like email, url, titles, would be helpful if you could just over the field item and edit. Instead of edit button and scrolling all the way to the bottom of the screen to include a company website.

  15. Nimble Daily Email - can it show diary for Today & Tomorrow not Today and Yesterday.

    The Daily alert is great - but after 'Engagement Opportunities' mine shows tasks and appointments for 'Today and Yesterday'. Showing 'Today and Tomorrow' would be much more useful.

  17. Add a 'Task Manager' dashboard widget to see all team contacts in workflows & deals without an upcoming task/event scheduled

    Create a widget on the dashboard that can allow us to see, at a glance, any and all contacts in existing workflows and deals that have no upcoming task/activity scheduled. This way we know who is in-process but not being followed up with and no one slips through the cracks.

  20. Time stamp for custom field entries to allow multiple entries

    At present you can only update an existing custom field. Old data is over-written

    I suggest an entry can be timestamped and stored. This is similar to the Notes history operation. This will enable users to create a tab with multiple fields which then show a history. Very useful for service providers e.g.

    Service Date would give history of service
    or

    Treatment Date
    Treatment provided

    or
    Complaint Received Date
    Complaint Note

    The above would enable all complaints from one client to be tracked. (realise that may be 3rd party solutions for this but for many business es they don't require…
