The Notes element is the weakest feature (in terms of frequent use items we're interested in)... I'm thankful that the formatting is now preserved... But the notes require multiple clicks to get to (they are a priority aspect of any lead we manage, why hide the notes)... The notes is provided as a 1 line summary (tough to identify which note dealt with what)... And the note pops up to a new window (vs a more convenient, running log). This would be a tremendous help if Notes would get a revision. Save Submitting... Agreed. The Notes element is the weakest feature (in terms of frequent use items we're interested in)...
I'm thankful that the formatting is now preserved...
But the notes require multiple clicks to get to (they are a priority aspect of any lead we manage, why hide the notes)...
The notes is provided as a 1 line summary (tough to identify which note dealt with what)...
And the note pops up to a new window (vs a more convenient, running log).
This would be a tremendous help if Notes would get a revision.
