While we are not currently planning on developing a Zendesk integration internally, we are much more likely to have an integration developed in 2013 because we recently opened our API to the public.

This would be really useful. I've just created a Nimble account but I use Zendesk for my customer support and Salesforce as my CRM - I need each of them for certain reasons but I don't really want to add another platform to my company day to day business. A lack of integration will probably mean my use of Nimble won't last but I do see it has some major uses and I would really like that not to be the case. But I have to integrate if so.
Since our email integration is build on automatic email syncing, we do not need to have a manual “send to Nimble” email option.
If you would like to store an email not related to an actively connected account, please use our Log Note functionality.
