As a CRM expert, I now believe (as you know I did not think so a year ago) you have one of the best (if not the best) CRM on the market. So I am only pushing you to get to the finish line. Get your Deals Pipeline even better than Pipedrive (I know you can do it) and get people-to-people, company-to-company, and people-to-company associations (the best example is Insightly) and you will have the components in place to kick butt in the marketplace.
