There are critical situations in which I sometimes find myself. And then I get on my bike: I feel anger, hatred, I was offended, I take my headphones, put on my gloves, lace up my sneakers and go. I ride, still angry, the music is the same as the theme. Because of my emotions, I begin to pick up the pace faster, faster. There comes a moment when you squeeze out every last drop when the strength leaves your body, and you stop pedaling. Exactly at that moment, when you are rolling downhill, wind in your face, and still can't catch your breath, there comes a moment of epiphany. You realize that your problem is solved, and it is not the end of the world. You feel a surge of inner energy that compels you to take it and do it! I should mention that I insure my bicycle at https://simplebikeinsurance.com/what-to-wear-for-a-bike-ride/ to avoid trouble.
