yes we experience the same as Jeremy back in 2012...we use Boomerang alongside Nimble as it is just a simpler way to followup with a one touch manual step. to have this feature in Nimble would made it close to perfect...then for invoicing and our world would be complete..lwe are waiting for customer service assistance to get oboarding training - hope to hear from customer service re this
