    Having SMS sync with contacts would be a super boost for this application. Logging inbound and outbound phone calls from the cell phone with an option to add a note is also helpful.

    Note: We find most of our communications have moved to Voice and text from mobile phones. Having to then go back and Type this info into the CRM seems like a huge effort, and sometimes (OK Most of the time) gets missed.
