    Ditto Steve.D's post: "Having SMS sync with contacts would be a super boost for this application. Logging inbound and outbound phone calls [AND TEXT MESSAGES] from the cell phone with an option to add a note is also helpful." (for competitive comparison, Zoho has a feature that asks after each call if you would like to log that call, with a know contact if the number is recognized or with an assigned contact if the number isn't recognized)...
