  2. When I move to a contact detail view, I'd like the Pending/History tab to have focus

    When I move from contact to contact, I always start by reviewing the Pending/History tab. I don't want the UI to remember the focus from the last contact, I want it to start over.

  3. The Update button and the Edit button are on different sides of the layout.

    The Update button is on the Left, then Edit button is on the right. I have to swoop from side to side as I edit, then update a contact record.

  4. Add "are these people important" to iPhone App

    I have just started with Nimble and I have 3000 contacts via various channels. I would love to be able to be able to hack through them all via the App whilst I'm travelling, marking them as important (schedule contact reminders) or not. The App is pretty weak as it stands and this would be a a big plus.

  7. Exclude from banner contacts that already have KIT reminders set.

    The "top contacts" banner across the top includes contacts for which I have already set KIT reminders. Could you exclude those contacts from the banner?

  8. The "Is this Joe Bloggs" feature

    When you are looking at a contact, you have the useful "is this also Joe Bloggs"? Quite often the suggestions are not and it would be great if you could have an "Ignore all future suggestions" for this person and also have it remember the suggestions you cancel out / click the 'x' button for.

  9. Offer a bigger Notes box.

  10. allow the assignment of emails to contacts

    As similar folks have written in, I have emails from sources other than the customer email address that need to be recorded in the stream of activities for that customer.

    Specifically, when a payment comes in from PayPal, the email address that the payment is "from" is a Paypal address.

    I would like to reassign this email to the customer, whose email address appears later in the email, so that I can see the entire list of touch points with that customer, including when he/she pays the bills!

    This is quite common in offline CRM desktop programs.

  11. track/view how many times you contact each person of a group in a given period of time

    To see where you are spending most of your correspondence time. Be able to analyze which contacts are taking up most of your time and whether or not you should spend that energy focused on other opportunities for a greater payoff. Contactually has something similar I'm hoping you will integrate. Great work on the program!

  12. highlight newly imported contacts when refreshing sources

    Tag, highlight or show newly imported contacts so you can then mark as important, merge etc.

  13. Interface for Contacts Isn't Effecient

    It should be a LOT easier to update contact info. Right now I need to click the small edit button (should be bigger) then find the right field click it, then paste info.

    Ideally contact info should be able to be entered in one click. Have the most used fields with links to click and then type or paste in. Namely email, phone, company, address, etc.

    PLUS please do this for social media profiles. If I don't have a linked in profile it should a simple click to add. Not click edit, find linked, click, etc.

  14. Auto separator for Revenue field

    For the field 'revenue', instead of a long string (eg. $10000000000), automatically enter a comma to separate 'thousands'.

    Or better still, convert to K (thousand), M (million), B (billion) (eg. $1.3B)

  17. Have the search contacts box persist in the upper right corner

    It seems that when I want to do a quick search for contact details I am in another part of the application, and I can't search from the screen I'm on.

  18. make it very easy to tag or group multiple existing contacts.

    When contacts are imported in bulk it would be nice to have a way to categorize them quickly and easily. Contactually has a great bucket system. I imported all of my contacts into Nimble and now I am looking at hours upon hours of trying to sort through them all and tag them accordingly. I don't have that kind of time so I am finding it difficult to get much out of my Nimble trial.

  19. make it possible to log interactions with clients via phone or in person so Nimble recognizes them

    I want Nimble to prompt me to connect with a contact I haven't interacted with in x amount of time, but if there is no way to log phone and in person interaction with a contact, I will be getting prompted to reconnect when I have already spoken with someone recently.

  20. Make it easy to sort contacts by location.

    I travel frequently. It would be useful to be able to sort contacts according to location so that I know who to contact when I am in their area.
