  1. Tag context

    Tags are great, but they can loose their meaning over time, especially when multiple people start using them. Why not add the ability to have a comment behind a tag to preserve the context / meaning? If you hover over the tag, the comment should pop up. This adds context to the tag.

    e.g. I have a tag "Dead cold call". The meaning of this tag is: "A cold call confirmed as dead, and should never be invited again. We keep these contact records for networking, and to know we should not invite them to use our product again."

  2. Nimble Daily

    Love the Nimble Daily. But as my task list gets larger, so does the email.
    I would suggest having a simple configuration with check boxes. The ability to choose events only, tasks only, tasks with stars only, or social updates; would be great.

    Hi,

    We are not currently investigating ways of making our Task notification email updates this specific.

    However, if this feature request receives more votes we will invest more time to bringing it to fruition.

    For now, you can choose to turn these notifications on and off by going to Settings >> Notifications. See screenshot here: http://screencast.com/t/20HL4ztYl

  3. make a web-based mobile version

    Nimble is currently unusable on a mobile device. An iPhone app would be great, but a mobile/touch version would be really very useful.

  4. Exporting all emails to MailChimp

    Sometimes, a contact has more than one e-mail in his record.

    Nimble exports to Mailchimp only the first email.

    It could be helpful if Nimble can export all the emails belonging to a contact into the MailChimp lists.

    While we are not currently planning on developing a Zendesk integration internally, we are much more likely to have an integration developed in 2013 because we recently opened our API to the public.

  6. Assistly Integration

    Provide an integration with Assistly, so that sales & marketing related items can be easily pushed to Nimble. It would be nice if Nimble could push support related cases back to Assistly.

  7. focus on tighter Google Apps integration

    I love your interface, functionality and generally your product. However, I came across Nimble via Google apps which is my platform. Until you have tighter integration of contacts and calendar as a minimum, I can't really use this as a serious CRM. Keep up the good work and I'll check back as you progress....

    Hi,

    We have two separate threads for these feature requests, one for Google Contacts sync and one for Google Calendar syncing.

    For now, we do not have an update on when we will release these fixes.

    In the meantime, I suggest using a tool such as Zapier, SyncApps by Cazoomi, or Itduzzit to keep new contacts up to date in Nimble or Google Contacts.

  8. How about telling your loyal and faithful "Nimblers"...

    It would be great to integrate Nimble into my business model; but it would REALLY be helpful if a schedule of release dates were published to provide the improvements being made and when future updates (improvements) will occur so that we can plan for it.

    While we agree that it would be awesome to share release dates, our team at Nimble is too small for us to commit to set deadlines for our releases, as many issues can come up that would push a release back.

    I am ok with english, but others of my team are not. It makes Nimble not so useful for us.
