Deal Stages, Probabilities and Weighted Forecasts
It would be nice to have the option to link deal stages to probabilities without having to enter them both separately. For example, you can set the Proposal stage to 65% so whenever you move to that stage you dont have to input the probability percentage again..

I agree. It would be good to be able
- Customise the percentages
- As complete free-form (e.g. Percentages should indicate likelihood of winning not for forecast weighting, and Unknown / Low / Medium / High is fine - if the percentage field would allow that. -

Agree with both other commenters - need to be able to:
1) Re-order deal stages
2) Assign fixed percentages to each deal stage
3) Trigger 100% with win/lose -

We should also be able to Organize the deal stages according to nominal flow (just enable ordering in the current list).
I.E.: We should be able to put "Lead" stage as the first option in the list

I'd add to this the ability to trigger a WIN/LOSE on the deal with a deal stage linked to 100% probability. In general, the use case is to configure once and reduce the number of clicks to update a deal's status.
