Peson list ordered by Surname/Second name
Alex Smirnov and Alexey Smirnov could be the same person, so we need the "second name" ordering and view option.
Maybe you should and an option "how to show the contact":
- FirstName SecondName
- SecondName FirstName
- SecondName only

You can now sort contacts by first name or last name from the list view.
