Enhanced Mailchimp Integration

Provide better integration with MailChimp, with a true Sync Feature (2-way) and also provide mapping of additional fields - especially custom fields.
This allows for more flexibility when putting together email campaigns in MailChimp. Example: I divide my contacts in to 50+ regions, based upon there location. To seperate these today with Nimble/MailChimp I will have to create 50+ mailing list (and maintain all those seperate list exports). However, if the custom fields are mapped, I have one list to manage, and can filter out by the custom fields when preparing the campain.

    Hi Everyone,

    We will continue to gather feedback on an enhanced MailChimp integration with 2 way syncing, but we do not have an ETA to share for if or when we would add this to Nimble.

    Please continue to vote for this feature, or leave your personal use-case in a comment on this thread.

    We would love to hear more about why a two-way sync with MailChimp would be beneficial for your company and Nimble.

        PLEASE ADD this feature: I echo many comments. I want to see when a contact changes emails in MChimp reflected in Nimble; see when I send emails from MC that it's reflected in Nimble (and even better to see if it was opened/read). Also to add this: one step entry in either Nimble or MC gets added in the other respectively.

        Another plea for 2-way mailchimp 2-way integration.
        We use mailchimp for our marketing and choose to use Nimble because it offered some mailchimp integration.

        For our clients, these regular emails from mailchimp are an important part of the way they communicate with us. If they change their email address or their communication preferences then we have very little way of knowing and it is not reflected in Nimble.

        Currently we use tags within Nimble to indicate different groups within Mailchimp.

        would suggest checking out workato: http://www.workato.com. i'm just researching CRM but i see they have a connector. i've used workato for other integrations and am very pleased with the results!

        Just signed up for a test. Imported 16,000 contacts and realized that there is no automation or 2 way API. I understand the potential value of a social CRM. Without the ability to link automation, this is like building a beautiful house with no interior walls or finish. Sad to say, I will have to keep looking.

        Hi you asked to hear more about the benefits of 2 way sync. To help automate marketing, it would be nice if I were using lead capture tools, and once captured, those leads to go to a mailchimp (other email services) list and directly to Nimble with set tags so that the DB is automatically segmented. Also saves the aggravation of manually adding the potential dozens of leads that would come in weekly on one of these campaigns.

        Does anyone have a workaround for this?

        We may need to go elsewhere if we cannot organise a two way sync with a bulk email client.

        This is a pretty critical feature for most start-ups.

        I exported my contacts to mailchimp for a newsletter. When we got some unsubscribse from the list ,we removed them from mailchimp however they still remained on our nimble.
        It would be good to be able to sync these leads back to nimble from mailchimp so we dont include them again on another newsletter!

        It is ridiculous that Nimble doesn't two way sync with Mailchimp or leadpages. Outrageous. I signed up for a paid account yesterday, will probably cancel my account if I can't get integrations with these two services. So frustrating! I was so excited to use Nimble as a best-practice social integrated CRM, but how can I use it if have no decent email or landing page tool? Really not good!

        Would love two-way sync so I can see who got which campaigns, and what they did with them (opened, forwarded, etc.)

        It would also be a huge help to capture the source data, since many of my prospects come via one of many MailChimp subscribe forms.
