Add Activity Sets
If you often repeat the same set of tasks for a given process within your business, you may find it faster to create an activity set for these tasks, which can then be added to the item, resulting in all the tasks in the set being created automatically - rather than manually creating each task individually every time. It's a great way to automate processes within your Organization

How about the option to integrate task/appointment/note sets into the custom data fields? When you click on an option, it will populate the tasks/appointments/notes for the given customer or client.
I work in stages and need to complete all before entering the next stage. I will need to start with a strategy call (appointment) take notes from this call with a pre populated question sheet (note, then I will not forget to ask anything) and then complete a set of tasks before I enter the next stage and start over.
This would be awesome if this could be done!

Given Jon's history in CRM I find it really strange that this has not yet been implemented. Why Why Why? This omission is a major weakness in Nimble and a flaw that the competitors will/are filling. Once a client leaves Nimble I'm pretty sure it will be hard to get people to come back as it's a massive investment in time. Yes its great that you can capture leads easy and and get a good overview of them and always have them with you across devices BUT if the processes and Tools that you have in place are really not good enough and/OR hard work and don't help you to move a cold lead forward to being a paying deal in an efficient logical manner then the rest of it is just cosmetic. I'd be curious to know how many people have left Nimble because of this

I can't believe this is still outstanding?! I use and recommend contactually because of their programs feature. You absolutely must have this functionality if you are to continue to compete. You are great at social integration but hubspot has just released their free CRM and that has many of the same feature set and more when added with sidekick. You absolutely must copy the program functionality of contactually as a bare minimum.

Lacking this option was the tipping point for choosing the other CRM
With reporting, this is really a weak point of your CRM. You want to automate the task flow per pipeline stage.
yes, yes, yes. I mentioned in my other comment that your CEO praises nimble to do the work for the user. So why make users do repetitive tasks like settings up activities when this can be avoided?
See insightly for how they have done it. I think their way is a great way to do it.

I vote YES! I's like to recomment that there should be a pull down or button to click for the type of task (you call it an event): call, meeting, email where it can be scheduled. Other crms call this a task, not an event. Also, "show more options" should not have to be clicked, these options should be displayed automatically. Love the google calendar connection! Another feature that might be considered, is an alarm. If this is clicked, then a pop up would appear when you open up nimble for the day or when the alarm is scheduled, for important tasks you want to set an alarm for. For instance, if someone says, call me back in 30 minutes, i could set up this task and click on alarm, and in 30 minutes a pop up would appear reminding me to call them back. Love this feature in other programs.

It seems like Nimble is a little tone deaf on this without any updates or solution options. It is the one thing keeping us from fully moving over. Please respond with a recommendation Nimble. Thanks

For some reason it says voting is closed but this feature is super important to our organization and would make our work process much more efficient.
I use vTiger, which accomplishes this. I have everything completely automated, so when I create a contact, it automatically will send them a welcome email, follow up emails, expiring soon emails, thank you emails, based on certain fields that are selected and changed. Don't even have to ever think about it. That's the way every CRM should be. The only one I've found that does that, besides SugarCRM and vTiger, is Bitrix24, but it's quite a bit more complicated to set up.
This feature exists in many CRMs. My favorite one has been either nutshell or capsule

Without this I am unable to switch to Nimble as I need this for managing deals effectively across the team. Some of the activities would need to be template emails to clients
any update on this? Looking at couple of crm options and Nimble comes out above rest save for the lack of this functionality.
