Create a contact directly from new email/social interaction
I'd like to have the ability to simply click on an email/social interaction that's not yet a contact and create a contact from it. When receiving emails from prospects or interacting with new contacts, this would allow not having to create the contact from scratch.

You can already do this. Go to Messages, go to a message from someone new, and click Import Contact. You may have to add info from the signature that doesn't flow directly into the contact record (phone, cell, fax, etc.) but it will start the process for you.
