Deals are Failing Me
I am managing close to 100 ACTIVE deals and about ready to stop using the DEALS feature all together due to it's limitations. (My alternative would be to use contact tags to create my own system for viewing/reporting.)
The kinds of limitations I mean are the following:
- An inability to sort search result views
- No "last contacted" days count column (sortable by)
- No Advanced search (Deal name, person, company, days since contact, active/won/lost, etc)
- When I change deal "stage" or status and click Update, the deal list returns and the deal USUALLY still appears at the old stage and/or old status (sometimes it works as expected, but not most of the time.)
- Search keyword phrase doesn't get applied against DEAL NAME
I've already once exported all deals to excel and worked for a few days from the excel spreadsheet instead.
I love Nimble and I want this to work for me.
Please advise as too how soon DEALS will be fixed/upgraded.
If soon, I will stay and use contact tagging for short-term.
If not soon, I may have to find another solution (which would suck!) as this is really slowing me down.

Thank you for writing in, we apologize for the time it took us to respond to this request.
As of right now, we have added top-down sorting to deals.
We have also improved search in the Deals tab. We have also added the new pipeline view to deals.
We are currently finalizing our last contacted feature for Contacts and we will look into adding lost contacted details to Deals at a later point.

Also, I wish I could add NOTES to deals. I'm using the "Log Activity" feature to log notes instead and it's weird how all my Phone call notes are marked as completed tasks.
